Easy Stovetop Hot Cocoa
It’s Hot Cocoa time of year, but it’s also cold and flu season time of year... so we have been trying to cut back on sugar to keep our immune systems in tip top shape!

I found this Cocoa recipe a couple years ago, and we love it! The best part is that it isn’t full of sugar like the packets of cocoa out there.

This recipe has only a few ingredients and... no added sugar #momwin 
And I'm here to say that it taste's delicious! 


Here is the full recipe

- 2 1/2 cups organic milk (Use plant based milk if you would like it to be dairy free) 

- 4 TBSP Cacao Powder (Important to be unsweetened and you want Cacao not Cocoa Powder; Cacao powder is less processed and full of lots of good antioxidants.
This is the kind that I used. 

- 4 Pitted Medjool Dates

- Dash of Himalayan Salt

- Splash of Vanilla

Blend everything until the dates are dissolved. Poor in a pan to warm on the stove. Enjoy!

And if you like Peppermint Cocoa add one drop of Peppermint Vitality to the recipe
