PCOS AT A GLANCE
- PCOS is a common hormonal disorder that affects many women. Symptoms can include irregular or absent menstrual cycles, acne, excess hair growth, or hair thinning.
- Causes Inflammation in the body, insulin resistance, and challenges with fertility
- Requires support of the thyroid, adrenals, emotions, and hormones
LIFESTYLE TIPS FOR PCOS
Eat a Balanced Diet: Focus on whole, nutrient-dense foods with a low glycemic index to support insulin sensitivity.
Stay Active: Regular exercise can improve hormone levels and reduce inflammation.
Prioritize Sleep: Restorative sleep helps regulate hormones and reduce stress. Diffuse oils like Lavender or Cedarwood to promote restful sleep.
Addressing PCOS requires a multi-faceted approach, including lifestyle changes, dietary adjustments, and natural support from essential oils and supplements.

HORMONAL BALANCE
Balancing hormones is key to managing PCOS symptoms and will help with many of the discomforts and challenges that PCOS can bring.
Progessence Plus Serum: Formulated with natural progesterone derived from wild yam, this serum helps balance hormones, regulate cycles, and support overall endocrine health. Apply 2-4 drops to the soft areas of your skin, such as the neck or inner forearms, twice daily. Rotate application sites to ensure optimal absorption–over vita flex points on the feet (specifically for the reproductive system), over the carotid artery (you typically want to use it in a place where you have larger veins as an access point, if possible).
This is a key supplement for PCOS and many women use it multiple times a day to help balance hormones.
Endo Flex essential oil blend: Supports the endocrine system and helps balance hormones naturally. Apply diluted over the thyroid area or adrenal glands or take internally in a vegetable capsule (check with a healthcare provider first).
Lady Sclerol: Contains clary sage and other oils known to support hormone balance. Add a drop to water, tea, or a veggie capsule for internal support.
Dragon Time essential oil blend: Use this blend over the abdomen, in an epsom salt bath, and diffuse during your cycle to support the body physically and emotionally.
THYROID AND ADRENAL SUPPORT
Our hormones all work together to keep things in balance, so supporting them well is crucial.
EndoFlex is a great place to start! You can then layer on more adrenal support oils like Nutmeg, Clove, and Rosemary. Consider En-R-Gee on the big toe in the morning.
When it comes to the thyroid, Thyromin supplement is a must. You can also pair EndoFlex with Myrtle and Lemongrass!
REDUCING INFLAMMATION AND MANAGING PAIN
PCOS is often accompanied by chronic inflammation and discomfort, and there are many solutions to help soothe the body.
Copaiba: Known for its anti-inflammatory properties, Copaiba can reduce pain and support overall wellness. Apply diluted to areas of discomfort or take internally in a capsule.
Sulfurzyme: Combines MSM and wolfberry to support joint health and reduce systemic inflammation. Take as directed on the label for daily inflammation support. Consider upping your intake during times of inflammation or acute needs.
Golden Turmeric: Combines the power of turmeric with frankincense resin for an anti-inflammatory powerhouse.
SUPPLEMENTS FOR PCOS
Whether you are needing support with insulin, inflammation, hormones, or anything else PCOS-related, these supplements can help! Consider increasing the frequency of these supplements to create a routine that is helpful for your body.
NingXia Red: Packed with antioxidants, NingXia Red supports overall wellness, energy levels, and cellular health—important for preparing the body for pregnancy. Drink 2-4 ounces daily as part of your routine.
Mineral Essence: Provides trace minerals essential for balancing hormones and supporting reproductive health. Add 5 droppersful to water or juice daily.
