Things to Have on Hand

What do you need:
• Glass water bottle or any glass cup
• Journal
• YL supplements and Ningxia
• Food guide (emailed to you)

Optional:
- weekly supplement container
- slique water flavoring
- any vitality/+ oil


These are all intended to increase your success, but there’s going to be a ton of great info as well! So get ready to change your life. This is going to give our bodies a much needed boost to live a healthier, more energetic life! 

You’re going to develop a new mindset and learn ways to start your day off right!
Your gut health will be improved in ways you might not even have known were lacking!

Things to use Daily

Let’s talk about a supplement schedule

Each supplement has its own benefits and some work best at different times of the day

- life 9 probiotic: Keep refrigerated! Take 1 capsule before bed and without any other supplements 

- sulfurzyme: Take 2 capsules, twice a day! I typically take 2 when I wake up and 2 after dinner. 

- essentialzymes: Take 2 capsules (one of each color) WITH or immediately BEFORE your biggest meals! I do before supper. Start with once a day, then, if needed, twice a day!

- ICP Daily : Mix 1 Scoop with a glass of water.  If you’re not regular this one is a must! 

- Ningxia: Keep in the fridge! 2 oz for maintenance, 4 oz if you’re needing extra immune support or energy! Drink anytime. Mix with carbonated water, still water, smoothies, or straight!

I know this sounds like a lot!! And it is.. but, once it’s routine, it is so easy. 
If you miss one, take it when you remember. It’s better to take Super B with another supplement than to not take it at all! I still forget some days and just take it when I remember!

Keep your supplements somewhere you can see them. This will remind you! Out of sight, out of mind!
