Orange infused Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients

•2 lbs Fresh Cranberries (four 8oz bags)
•1 cup Water*
•1 cup Pure Maple Syrup
•Zest of 2 Organic Oranges •6-10 drops YL Orange oil

Directions:

Wash cranberries with Thieves Fruit & Veggie Spray in a bowl.  Place water & syrup in a saucepan and bring to a boil.  Add the cranberries & take the heat down to a simmer.  Cook uncovered very gently without stirring until the berries are translucent, about 5 mins.  You can skim off any foam.  Add the Orange oil & orange zest (as much or as little as you want… you can always add more).  Let cool & serve or store. It will get thicker as it gets cold.
*Variation: You can use the juice of the 2 oranges (ends up being about a cup) instead of the water. This ups the sugar content so less agave needed.
