 Here are some things that you can do right now to improve your air quality at home. 

Keep those diffusers going, friends! This was shared by a friend who checked her air quality when she woke up, then again an hour later after diffusing Raven and Lemon. Pretty incredible, isn't it?

Air Quality Diffuser Blends: (You can do more or less of any of these oils. The number of drops is just a suggestion. These recipes are simply an idea of all the options. Experiment with what you have on hand and find what works best for you. There isn't a 'magic' combo.... what you love and works for you is what you're looking for.)

1) 12-20 drops R.C.

2) 12-20 drops Raven

3) 12-20 drops Cool Azul

4) 5 drops each Peppermint, Lemon, Lavender

5) 5 drops each Peppermint, Lemon, Raven

6) 10 drops Thieves, 5 drops Peppermint

7) 5 drops each Thieves, Peppermint, Lemon

8) 5 drops each Pine, Idaho Blue Spruce, Eucalyptus, Peppermint

9) 10 drops Pine, 5 drops Rosemary, 5 drops Peppermint

10) 5 drops each Frankincense, Cinnamon Bark, Peppermint

11) 5 drops each Idaho Blue Spruce, Peppermint, Lemon
